I finished this book today. What a story. It made me cry. Our world is so full of disease and sin. I think about all the wasted lives here on earth. Then in the same moments I think about love and hope. How one decision to pay attention changed a life for ever. I morn for those who are caught in addiction and crime and seem to never to be able to see another life. Then an angel appears and saves one life from the destructive path. Not only is a young boys life changed for ever but the mercy given from God to keep loving no matter what. A lady has also had her life changed for ever and starts to heal from her family's devastation. What a wonderful story. I'm excited to think about who my invisible threads are.
I think urban poverty has more access to lost of different drugs, sex, etc. But also there is more immediate services available. They can both be a scary place for crime. In the rural areas thinks are more difficult to get. In rural India they don't struggle as much with crime because people know each other a little better and can't get away with it as much. In the city there is so much it's hard to keep up with it.
